RISING IN LEADERSHIP
This 6 MONTH MASTERMIND is for an intimate group of passionate women* who are committed to doing work that matters, and leading with depth and devotion in all that we do.
We circle to honor and align with our individual callings, while bringing deep consideration to the ways that our work and ourselves are ready to evolve to match our vision and values.
*This course is for women (including trans women, because…women) or anyone who identifies as such in a significant way. All sexual orientations are welcomed.
Our journey includes two nourishing and clarifying 4-day retreats, private & group coaching, and an inspiring & supportive sisterhood.
TWO x 4-DAY RETREATS
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING WITH NISHA
You will receive four (4) private one-hour coaching sessions to explore what you’re creating in your business and life, and get your heart, mind, and actions aligned with its creation. These will be scheduled in the months that we don’t have retreats.
MONTHLY GROUP COACHING WITH NISHA
Each month, we will gather on Zoom for a group coaching call. Each woman will have a chance to share what she desires support or reflection on. As an aspect of this work, Nisha will pull oracle cards for each woman on the call, to deepen our recognition of any patterns at play, and guide your path forward. (We will choose a time that works for the entire group)
SMALL GROUP SISTER CIRCLES (optional)
As desired, Nisha will curate groups of 4 or 5 women – your intimate cohort for our journey. You’ll meet weekly or biweekly at a time of your choosing.
